# VitalRecover Provider Listings & Claim Policies

VitalRecover maintains a strict policy separating directory claiming rights from paid placement subscriptions. All independent mobile wellness providers have the absolute right to claim, review, and correct their listing profiles without subscribing to paid placements.

## Free Directory Claims & Corrections

Every provider in the directory can claim and correct their listing for free.

### Claim Mechanics
1. **Details Submission:** Submit business details, service-area updates, booking links, and routing preferences.
2. **Review Stage:** VitalRecover reviews all provider-submitted changes before any directory updates go live to prevent listing errors or spam.
3. **Attribution:** Verified claims receive the standard verification status and clean data indicators.

## Paid Placements Policy

Providers can opt to purchase subscriptions for greater visibility. Details of the subscription costs and benefits are defined in `/pricing.md`.

- All provider profiles, whether paid or free, are subject to the same review standards and correction processes.
- Directory integrity and factual accuracy are prioritized over placement tier.

### Qualified Demand Policy
- **Lead routing stays consent-based, logistics-first, and excludes medical triage requests.**
- VitalRecover does not process clinical, medical, emergency, or insurance-related routing requests.
- All inquiries are logistics-only (scheduling, locations, settings, and group details).
